The quest for the soul originates in classical mythology, philosophy and literature. It is diversely defined as the “hero’s journey”, the Middle Path, the Tao, Awakening or the Philosopher’s Stone. The purpose of all soul studies is to awaken by becoming the authentic self.
Through my own study of these subjects, I have found that we all have a part of ourselves which is astonishingly beautiful, powerful and capable. My life is devoted to helping others perceive this profound presence which brings about solutions to problems and freedom from suffering. It is attainable for anyone with a wholehearted commitment to the practice.
My exercises and meditations are the result of many years of trial and error. They are shortcuts, eliminating much of the philosophical and symbolic work of deciphering texts. For those who practice them, the exercises provide profound results.
No one can “teach” you to become your true self. Through self-discovery, it is possible to learn how to love yourself and others. But you are the only person who can do the work.
By doing the work, you will find you can create financial prosperity, deepened love in relationships, health and physical strength; curiosity and wonder about life; feelings of joy; intuitive abilities, as well as the ability to see positive outcomes in response to challenges; recognize negative patterns and then energetically change them.
On this website, there are many articles, exercises and ideas presented with the sincere desire that you may benefit from them. CDs and E-books will be available in the next few months. |
