Overview of Exercises

My exercises will teach you how to create a personal visualization for overcoming difficulties in many areas of life (prosperity, relationships, health and spirituality). They work because they are based on universal law.

The exercises teach you how to experience the true self, which already knows what and how you should create. The simplicity is part of the secret. Simply believing you can make the exercises work is another part of the secret.

The method involves focusing the mind and body on positive memories and experiences. Happiness is created by focusing on feelings of well-being and self-observation. Unhappiness is created by dwelling on negative memories and experiences. Your true power lies in which choice you make, focusing on the positive or negative.

You probably know this, but may fail in application because you don’t know how to create the positive feeling. The positive feeling can only come from the true self or soul, and you must experience this to succeed.

Daily practice of the exercises will teach you the feeling of your true self. When the feeling of the true self and the imagery in the visualization are combined, reality must change. Your commitment to the exercises determines the speed of the change.

Why not practice being happy now?

1)It takes practice to make the exercises work. Learning visualization takes time.
2)The negative patterns may initially “feel” stronger than the positive visualizations.

These patterns typically increase in intensity just before they end. Allow yourself to contemplate, feel and experience any emotions or memories which surface. These feelings and memories will decrease in time. Do not ignore them. Just observe.
3)The practice is working whenever you are having unaccustomed positive thoughts or feelings.
4)Commit to daily practice of the exercises.
5)Explore the feeling of peaceful contentment and happiness whenever you experience these states of being. This is how the real you feels.
6)Imagine yourself as you wish to be, not the process of becoming this person. For example, see yourself having the job, not applying for it. See yourself driving the car, not buying it.

1)Print out the specific exercise that is of interest to you.

Note: It is important to focus on one exercise at a time. It can be too overwhelming to do all of them at once.
2)Sit down in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and read the exercise several times.
3)When you are ready to begin practicing the actual exercise, be sure to have the printed page in front of you to help guide you through the exercise.  Read step #1 and visualize. When you have visualized as much as you can with step #1, do the same with step #2 and so on through all of the steps of the exercise.
4)Whenever possible, read the exercise 5 or 6 times in one sitting in order to process the information more fully. For instance, carry exercises with you and read them when you have down time (i.e., at lunch, getting your car washed, etc.)

Each time you read the exercise, your ability to visualize is strengthened!
5)It takes time and practice to "get" the visualization. One day all of the things you visualize will come into a complete picture. For example: See the front of your body, see the sides of your body, see your back and now make this a 3D picture. You know how your body looks, but it is hard to put the images together. The same is true with visualization.
6)It is best to have a dedicated practice of 15 minutes of meditation after waking or just before bed. If you can't do this, even 5 minutes of visualization or reading the exercise 5 or 6 times will aid in changing your reality.
7)I am a great believer in informal meditation. Reading the exercise, practicing it for five minutes or even remembering or practicing a part of it as you wash the dishes or file bills is wonderful. Every moment counts!
